Dr. Zeev Sharon, MDDr. Zeev Sharon, MD attended Faculty of Medicine, University of Graz, Austria and Hebrew University Hadassah Medical School in Jerusalem, Israel.

His education continued with an internship at Haim Sheba Medical Center in Ramatgan, Israel, internal medicine residency and clinical fellowship in nephrology in Tel-Aviv at the Beilinson Medical Center.

His career was furthered at Rush Medical School in Chicago, Illinois continuing his clinical fellowship and research in nephrology, as an Adjunct Attending in the department of Medicine, section of nephrology and then as Assistant Professor of Medicine. He was also the rotating director of dialysis at Rush Presyberian-St. Lukes Medical Center in Illinois.

Dr. Sharon relocated to Atlanta,GA in 1983 and began nephrology practice with Atlanta Nephrology Referral Center. He has served as Medical Director for Fresenius Medical Care. for over 20 years. Dr. Sharon has achieved national recognition as one of Atlanta's Top Doctors for Nephrology.

Dr. Sharon is a member of the American Medical Association, American Federation of Clinical Research, American Society of Nephrology, International Society of Nephrology, Renal Physicians Association, Georgia Medical Association and DeKalb County Medical Association. He is active participant in ongoing clinical research including; Plasmapheresis in Severe Lupus Nephritis, ACE Inhibition in Diabetic Nephropathy, The Effect of Intensity of Blood Pressure, and Management on the Progression of Type I Diabetic Nephropathy.

Dr. Sharon volunteers his time at the Physician Care Clinic of DeKalb County. His interests and hobbies include extensive travel and cultural arts. He is an environmentalist and a connoisseur of literature.

Dr. Muro joined Atlanta Nephrology Referral Center in 1993. She practices nephrology primarily in the Decatur office and is Active on staff at the DeKalb Medical Center in Decatur and Lithonia and at Rockdale, Newton, Emory-Eastside, and Gwinnett Medical Centers.

Away from her busy medical practice, Dr. Muro maintains an equally busy household with her husband and three children. She enjoys time at home with her family and travels extensively on the soccer circuit as all three children are competitive athletes.

Dr. Hesun Han, MD Dr. Hesun Han, MD is from Seoul, Korean. She was a staff physician with Kaiser Permanent in Wailuku, Maui Clinic Hawaii and joined the Atlanta Nephrology Referral Center in August of 1998.

Dr Chatoth joined Atlanta Nephrology Referral Center in June of 2001. He practices Nephrology primarily in the Gwinnett offices including Lawrenceville and Snellville. He is active on medical staff at Gwinnett, Joan Glancey, Emory Eastside, DeKalb, Rockdale, Newton, Walton and Northlake Medical Centers. He travels across the Southeast States giving lectures on various aspects of renal disease. On a more personal level, Dr Chatoth enjoys spending time with his wife and their two sons, Ram and Raj.

Dr. Biren Joshi Dr. Biren Joshi joined the practice in December of 2003. On behalf of ANRC he is devoted to the patients and physicians of Rockdale and Newton counties. Dr. Kathryn Elmore Dr. Kathryn Elmore joined ANRC physicians in July of 2005. Dr. Elmore was recruited from Louisiana State University in New Orleans, LA.

Dr. Elmore is a native of Georgia. Dr. Elmore volunteer her time throughout Health Profession Recruitment Programs, Student National Medical Associations and various other community clubs.

Dr. Michael Press Dr. Michael Press
Dr. Press is committed to raising public awareness on the dangers of kidney disease and has done so through volunteer work with the National Kidney Foundation.

He recently published an article in a peer-reviewed international journal investigating factors affecting hemodialysis adequacy.

Dr. Kavil took a personal sabbatical in 2007 to fulfill a family commitment and joined ANRC in Jan 2009. She now is primarily at the Decatur office and is active in staffing at D.M.C, Hillandale, R.M.C., G.M.C., East Side Medical Center.
On a personal note she enjoys traveling, cooking reading and caring for her husband and children.
